How do I place an order?

You can order flowers online from our convenient and easy-to-use shop or you can place your order over the phone by calling us on 04 343 8700 or 052 600 1416.

How can I change something on my order?

If you’d like to change something on your order please contact us by calling 04 343 8700 or 052 600 1416 within 2 hours of making your order and we’ll be happy to assist if we can.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Are my payment details secure when paying for orders on your website?

Yes – your payment details are totally secure. The Flourish website is protected by an SSL certificate which encrypts transactions to keep them private. The encryption used prevents those with malicious intent from intercepting transactions.

How do I know my order has been received?

You will receive an email notification once your order has been received.

Can I add a personalized message to my order?

Yes – when ordering your flowers online select from a choice of card designs and type in a message to your loved one. You will also have the option to add a little extra something special to your order such as a Flourish candle.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.

When do you deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week including public holidays from 10am to 9pm.

Is same day delivery possible?

Certainly – order before 3pm and we’ll deliver your flowers same day.*

How long will my order take to be delivered?

When placing your order online you can select a delivery date from the calendar. If you would like to make any changes to this please contact us on 04 343 8700 or 052 600 1416 as soon as possible.

What happens if there’s nobody home when you deliver?

If you or the recipient is not at home when we make a delivery a member of our team will call you to resechedule. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in some cases.

*Due to market demand it may not always be possible to deliver your order same day. In these circumstances a member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to rearrange your delivery.

What’s your refund & cancellation policy?


Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment when applicable.

We must be notified by email within 12 hours of the actual delivery time at hello@flowersme.com. Complaints made more than 12 hours after the time of the delivery will not be honored.

Refunds shall be made under the following two circumstances:

The ordered item is not delivered on or before the date chosen in the order.

​Flowers (or gifts) delivered  were not agreed upon.

Orders that have been confirmed or which are already in transit shall not be changed or cancelled.
